Chunky knitted bags

Two chunky style knitted bags in burgandy. The top one is a large shopper style with decorative leather "belt" £18. The bottom one is a small evening size bag decorated with red beads and a chain handle interwoven with wool.

Quilting

I've been busy quilting and haven't made any bags for a while. Here's the first patchwork quilt I've done. I started off quite small and it's the perfect size for a throw at the bottom of the bed. It took a while to get used to using a walking foot on the sewing machine and my designs are still mostly abstract.
